- low current 30A - 70A Automotive Relay
This category automotive relay is small size and low current. They are used for many applications in the cars including the lights, air conditioner, fans, start-up. The size of the most universal type is 28cm*28cm and used in world's car factories. The relays are improved and updated now.
For 30A/40A relay, the smallest type currently is 22*26cm Nais (Panasonic) type. Our factory has 22*26cm type and also 26*26cm type 40A relays.
For 70A relay, many trading companies will fake print on the transparent relays with 80A, 100A but these relays can not even pass 40A relay test. The reason is that current is decided by the pin width. The larger pin width, the higher current. Therefore, only the big pins 9.2mm can load 80A from the thesis perspect.
